The revolution in the biological sciences has provided us with opportunities to apply diverse disciplines to a better understanding of human biology and disease. Individuals who are contemplating careers in the fields of bioscience and medicine have many paths to choose from, including MD, PhD, and MD/PhD tracks. Rod Ulane, Associate Dean of Biomedical Research Education at NYU School of Medicine, will speak about these alternatives and discuss which of the graduate programs is appropriate for each individual.
