Graduate Horizons (for Native American students)

Graduate Horizons (a program for Native American students)

Tuesday, April 10, 2007

3-3:45 PM in Eliot 317

If you're a Native American (including Native Alaskan and Hawaiian), you'll want to attend this information session designed to facilitate your transition to graduate school.  Learn about how to participate in "Graduate Horizons," a four-day crash course sponsored by a non-profit organization dedicated to helping Native students.

"Graduate Horizons" will take place over the summer when faculty, admissions officers, and deals will be on hand to help you navigate the test prep, scholarship, and application processes.  Our guest, Whitney Laughlin will be talking about how to participate in this program, applying to grad school in general, and applying for AIGC (American Indian Graduate Center) scholarships as well.
