The Hopkins-Nanjing Center is the only graduate program of its kind, run with complete collaboration of the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and with Nanjing University. The Center is located in Nanjing and offers two academic programs. The one year graduate Certificate program offers a flexible array of interdisciplinary courses in the social sciences, while the two year Master of Arts in International Studies degree provides the opportunity to concentrate in either International Politics, International Economics or Comparative and International Law. Students have the unique opportunity to utilize and master their Chinese language skills while being taught in Chinese by Chinese professors. College graduates with a background in China studies and an advanced level of Chinese language study are encouraged to apply.
Meet with Meghan Houlihan, the Alumni and Program Coordinator to learn more about these programs, how to apply, and the careers that alumni seek out following graduation. Light snacks will be served. To do research in advance of the information session, visit their website.
