Idealist Nonprofit Career Fair

11AM-3PM in the Smith Memorial Student Union at Portland State University (Bus #19) 

Network with recruiters, drop off resumes, and learn about current and future employment, internship, and volunteer opportunities.  Representatives from the following organizations will be in attendance: Action Without Boarders/Idealist, American Domestic Violence Crisis Line, Peace Corps, Morrison Child and Family Services, Northwest Service Academy (an environmental education AmeriCorps program), Northeast Coalition of Neighborhoods, Green Corps, KBOO Community Radio, Planned Parenthood of the Columbia/Willamette, VIA (Volunteers in Asia) and dozens more.  Information sessions on "An Insider's Guide to Finding a Job in the Nonprofit Sector" and "Careers in Fundraising and Development" take place in the afternoon.
