Writing personal statements for fellowships, awards and graduate school. 

Fellowship and award deadlines arrive early in the fall!  Get a jump start on your statement of purpose (or personal statement) by attending this writing workshop with Ken Brashier, professor of religion and humanities.  Those of you planning to compete for fellowships (e.g., Watson, Rhodes, Marshall, Truman, Goldwater, Fulbright) or begin your drafts for applications to graduate school or competitive internships will find this workshop helpful.  Start early and polish your drafts over the summer!
