1. User Agreement: The committee approved of changes made to the User Agreement by CUS staff. Marty will communicate approval to CUS.
2. High-speed ISP Service: Committee discussed the possibility of having the college pay for high-speed ISP services such as DSL, cable modem, etc. for faculty who request it. The committee decided that the college should not fund high-speed service but that CIS might provide some information to individuals who are interested in purchasing high-speed service themselves.
3. Key-card ETC Access: The committee felt that the proposed hours for key-card access to the ETC building, midnight to 8:00am might be increased to perhaps 9:00 or 10:00pm to 8:00am, or whenever the T-Watchers finish their evening shift. It might be appropriate for ETC key-card hours to match those of other buildings, so that students, staff and faculty don't have to keep track of the different hours. Marty will bring the issue back to CUS.
