The Reed College Technology Advisory Council (TAC) was formed in 1993 to provide external advice and support for Reed College's efforts to further its educational mission through the innovative use of information technology. TAC members meet annually:

• to be briefed on current uses of technology at Reed;
• to advise the college on future technology priorities and strategies;
• to assist the college in identifying resources to support its technology initiatives.
