In Gray Campus Center C & D:

2:00 p.m. - Welcome and introduction by Marty Ringle

2:00-3:45 p.m. - Privacy Part I: Discussion on the topic of e-commerce and privacy both the potential and the pitfalls of technology. Led by Steve McGeady, ’79, Howard Rheingold ’69, and Rafe Needleman ’82

In Commons:

4:00-5:00 p.m. - Career Fair with students: The Career Fair presents an important opportunity for students to meet fellow Reedies and learn more about career possibilities. It is a great chance to meet current students as well

At the home of Steven & Kerstin Koblik (3312 SE Crystal Springs Blvd, Portland, OR 97202):

Cocktails and dinner with the National Advisory Council members

The hospitality room is in Gray Campus Center B and is open on Friday, September 15th from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and on Saturday, September 16th from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

Saturday, September 16

8:30 a.m. Shuttle service available from the front door of the Heathman Hotel to campus

In Gray Campus Center C & D:

9:00-10:30 a.m. - Privacy Part II: Breakfast and Discussion of privacy and technology with faculty and students on topics such as commercially provided student portals and the responsibility of the college to protect our students from spams, aggressive advertisers, etc.

Students: Chris Ross, Anne Michelson, Paul Burdick, Tyler Williams

10:30-10:45 a.m. - Break

11-12:00 p.m. - Discussion with President Steven Koblik

Noon - Adjournment

Informal Lunch will be off campus
