Q: I have sensitive data on my subjects, how should I store it?
A: Oregon Law requires such data to be stored in a locked container in a locked room.

Q: How is the category of review (exempt, expedited, full) determined?
A: See "Categories and Procedures of Review." Ultimately the committee will make the decision.

Q: I am doing a class project that involves human subjects. Does it
require review?
A: In general, no. If the project will yield data that will be included in
a publication, then review is necessary. If in doubt, ask the chair
of HSRC.
