Hotel reservations for all attendees will be made by and billed directly to NWACC. Attendees will need to provide a credit card at check-in to guarantee payment for any incidental charges (phone, in-room bar, etc).

The group room rates [$149 (Deluxe) or $169 (Parlor/Junior Suite)] are available for two days before and after the meeting dates. NWACC will cover room charges for the nights of December 9 and 10. Attendees staying for additional nights will be responsible for those charges (unless flight schedules make an additional night's stay necessary, in which case NWACC will cover the expense).


Travel, Directions and Parking

NWACC will reimburse attendees for travel expenses. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from Portland International Airport.

Town Car: If you requested town car service between the airport and the hotel, arrangements will be made for you. Our town car company is Aloha Executive Town Car, 503-544-5574. The pickup area is located on the airport terminal's lower roadway on the baggage claim level. Feel free to contact Molly (parkerm@reed.edu) if you aren’t sure whether or not you requested town car transportation, or if your flight information changes.


Travel Reimbursements


NWACC will reimburse all attendees for travel expenses to and from the meeting as well as for two nights' hotel lodging. Download the reimbursement request form.
