Project Overview
The goal of this project is to facilitate the installation and use at NWACC member institutions of the Coho Help Desk package, currently under development at Oregon State University. The first phase of the project focuses on the development of installation scripts, documentation, and other aids to the use of the current release, “Coho I.” The second phase of the project focuses on the development of a list of feature enhancements and additions to be included in Coho II, as well as a smooth upgrade path for the next release of the software.
Project Status
As of July 2006: A Memorandum of Understanding between NWACC and OSU has been executed and Phase I has been funded.
