2024-25 Registration
SOLAR is open for fall 2024 and spring 2025 course registration.
SOLAR stays open through spring and summer until August 28.
Waitlists
When a course has reached capacity, students may add themselves to a waitlist. If a seat becomes available, the first student on the list is notified at their REED email and given 48 hours to add the course via SOLAR. If the seat is not claimed, the offer goes to the next student on the waitlist.
Overloads
An overload is any semester schedule over 4.5 units. For overloads of 5 units, students need approval from their academic adviser on an add-drop form if they meet the criteria of a 3.0 minimum grade point average and no grade lower than a B- in the previous semester. Overloads for fall 2024 will be considered after spring 2024 grades have been posted.
