Contemplation Meditation

Contemplative Meditation, co-taught by Jogen Salzberg and Jay Stewart.  This class covers the basics of mindfulness meditation including sitting, walking, and supine postures.  Other mindfulness techniques are included.  The class offers opportunities to practice relaxing body and mind into one's natural wakefulness.  The meditation techniques introduce developing the mind's capacity for clarity, strength and stability.
