Aerobics and Lower Body Abs

Aerobics
This class consists of rhythmic movements designed to improve cardiovascular endurance. A variety of formats and equipment will be used. The use of percieved exertion and heart rate monitoring will be implemented to monitor our progress.


Lower Body Abs
This class consists of movements designed to improve the muscualr strength and endurance of your lower body and core (abs and back). A variety of formats and equipment will be used.
