Bill has been involved in fencing as a hobby since 1983, when he was attending Chemeketa Community College and needed a P.E. credit. He has been "foiling" around ever since. Bill has been teaching fencing at Reed since 1990, and has been studying other forms of swordfighting on and off for the last several years.
